Scout Land Group was founded in 2021 with a simple goal: to make land ownership more approachable and more transparent. Since then, we’ve invested in and sold properties across more than 15 states, working with everything from small residential parcels to larger recreational, agricultural, and mountain tracts throughout the country.
As a veteran-owned company, we know land means different things to different people. Whether it’s a place to build, a recreational property, or something to hold for the future, we focus on offering quality land and a straightforward buying experience. We take pride in doing business the right way and helping people feel confident in their land purchase.

Sales Manager
Meet Bryan: He brings strong leadership and sales experience to Scout Land Group. Supporting both the team and clients throughout the buying process has strengthened his communication and problem-solving skills. A team-focused leader who stays aligned with the company’s mission and goals. Outside of work, he enjoys dancing and following baseball.
Transaction Coordinator
Meet Cherry: She brings 4 Years experience in Real Estate Transaction Coordination. Dealing with title issues, loan status updates, and client care management have developed my customer service skills even better. Team player and always upto alligning the company's mission and vision. Outside of work, she is a hands-on mom, loves to trek, hike, and travel.
Marketing Administrator
Meet Antonella (Nella): Originally from Uruguay, she is a valued member of the sales team at Scout Land Group. She works closely with clients to understand their land needs, answer questions, and guide them through the buying process with care, clarity, and attention to detail. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two pups, Ara and Scooby, relaxing at the beach, gardening, and scuba diving.

Meet Erin: Our Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant at Scout Land Group. A Houston local with a background in project management and real estate, Erin plays a key role in keeping operations organized and running smoothly. Her attention to detail and leadership support the team across every level. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, staying connected to her community, and spending time with her daughters.
