When you are ready to move forward, you can reserve the property by completing the checkout form and submitting the required deposit to secure the parcel.
Sign Agreement
After your deposit is received, we will prepare the land purchase agreement and any related documents for your review.

You will review, sign, and return the agreement to move forward with the transaction. If you have questions, our team can clarify the process and next steps.
Close on Property
Once the agreement is signed, we begin the closing process through a third-party title company.
The title company handles the closing, prepares the closing documents, and completes the transfer of ownership to the buyer.
